Management Philosophy

The primary element in the successful performance of a contract service is Management and Supervision. Red River Sanitors, Inc., because of its experience and size, is capable of providing professional management and supervision of all its work.

RRS has been active in three Associations. Building Service Contractors Association International, Southwest Association of Building Service Contractors, and BOMA. These fine organizations provide a ready resource for new products, new equipment, training films, training courses, supervisor seminars, and networking with other contractors all over the world. Our chairman has served on the Board of Directors for BSCAI and has been a past president of SWABSCO. Our President is currently on the Board of Directors of the Shreveport/Bossier BOMA Chapter. Constantly improving and innovating is part of our philosophy. These groups assist us to do so.

The key to any maintenance program is its supervision. If we are selected, we will assign a professional supervisor with years of experience in all phases of cleaning maintenance. In order that a maintenance program remains responsible to a changing environment the Account Manager is the key communicative link between the production employees and the building management office. The Account Manager also regularly inspects each property and visits with the key people involved. The Account Manager also visits daily with the Division Supervisor. The Division Supervisor regularly inspects the property and also regularly visits with the site supervisor. Through this intensive supervision and inspection we achieve professional results. This management philosophy works well because this philosophy supports and complements “Prestige Cleaning”.
